Regulations for the energy market
All market parties and users of Elhub are obliged to comply with Norwegian laws for the Ministry of Petroleum and Energy, all of which are described on lovdata.no. For Elhub, the most important law is the Energy Act with all associated regulations.
Central regulations
A regulation complements the provisions of the laws and applies to the rights or obligations of an indefinite number or an indefinite circle of persons. Users of Elhub are obliged to follow the regulations in force at any given time for the Ministry of Petroleum and Energy. All regulations can be found at lovdata.no.
Regulations on amendments to regulations on metering, settlement and coordinated conduct in the case of supplier sales and invoicing of grid services.
